The idea of creating a new career path is daunting to almost everyone.

Few of us do it well.

Most cast wide nets, passively hoping for recruiters to call.

We post resumes online for opportunities that look good on screen.

The notion of networking is brutally uncomfortable.

In the end, we take the jobs that fall into our laps, and then we suffer because it's so hard to leave them.

It can be better.

It should be easier.

And when you know where you want to land, it’s so much easier to get there.

MY MOTIVATION

Prior to starting this business, my professional positions all came from recruiters.

I never knew exactly what I wanted to do, and I wasted crazy amounts of time and energy seeking out and working in jobs that weren’t the right fit.

To put it mildly, I managed the process poorly.

Now I realize that’s a big part of what draws me to this work.

I enjoy taking the lessons of my own career journey, studying best practices from experts in the industry, and translating those lessons into programs and frameworks that help others

evaluate driving personal factors,

target the right positions,

define their optimal cultures and working environments,

search strategically and effectively,

overcome “imposter syndrome” and fearlessly approach new situations,

interview with confidence,

and, of course, land exciting new roles.

Offered in a 1:1 context or as a group, my standard program generally requires 12 weekly meetings, but I am happy to consolidate or expand it to meet your needs.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

12-WEEK INDIVIDUAL CAREER-PATHING PROGRAM - $1,500

This is a 1:1 program. In 12 weeks of exercises and hour-long phone or zoom discussions, I help you:

Explore your passions and values while combatting confidence issues that keep you from moving forward.

Define a targeted position that fits your life’s priorities and lets you shine.

Create a roadmap that provides you with a systematic path and plan for securing your targeted position.

Additionally, you receive permanent access to various resource lists and links, including links to videos about networking, resume writing, social media approach, and interviewing.

4-WEEK INDIVIDUAL CAREER-PATHING PROGRAM - $600

This 1:1 program involves the same curriculum as above, but material is consolidated into course of 4 meetings.

It’s an intensive option, best for people who are self-directed, ambitious, and working within a tight time frame.

ONE-TIME INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS - $150

I offer single, one-hour coaching sessions for individuals seeking help in the following areas:

Selecting or redefining your career path

Exploring a new industry

Preparing for interviews

Job searching, including in-person networking

Using LinkedIn

GROUP COACHING

GROUP CAREER PATHING - $1,200

For individuals hoping to build a support network while they explore what’s next, I also offer the career-pathing program in a group environment. The curriculum mirrors the individual career-pathing curriculum and lasts 12 weeks.

It includes:

12 hour-long meetings via Zoom with a small group (usually 3-4 individuals) who are excited to act as resources for each other.

One hour of 1:1 coaching with me to discuss your topic/s of choice.

A private Slack group for ongoing conversation with one another to ask questions, seek advice, and build a network that you can return to throughout your career for mutual support.

Permanent access to various resource lists and links, including links to videos about networking, resume writing, social media approach, and interviewing.

EXECUTIVE GROUP CAREER PATHING - $3,500

The executive package (tailored to C-Suite, Managing Directors, EVPs, SVPs, business owners, and equivalent) also mirrors the individual program.

It includes:

12 weekly hour-long meetings via Zoom with a small group (usually 3-4 executive leaders).

Two hours of 1:1 coaching with me to discuss your topic/s of choice, plus priority scheduling (within 72 hours) for additional meetings.

A private Slack group for ongoing conversation with one another to ask questions, seek advice, and build a network that you can return to throughout your career for mutual support.

Executive resume preparation ($1,000+ value). Note: this process involves a 2+ hour deep-dive discussion about your career highlights and accomplishments.

A full year of concierge service ($1,500 value) following program completion.

CONCIERGE SERVICE - $1,500*

This is a hybrid coaching and resume-update program for clients who have previously purchased resume-writing service.

It's designed as a partnership with busy executives to ensure that you stay current with your marketing materials and maintain your desired career course.

Service includes:

Semi-annual check-in/coaching meetings followed with a summary of our discussions and your new professional goals.

Resume updates and proofreading following both meetings.

Priority service (guaranteed 72-hour turnaround) on all other writing projects.*

Continually evolve your macro-level career goals with accountability for staying on track amid your daily grind and personal and professional distractions.

Prevent panic and delay by staying constantly prepared for sudden, unexpected opportunities that require a current resume.

Meet urgent career-writing needs. In typical environments, I am booked out 4-5 weeks. Concierge service provides you with the peace of mind of knowing that I’ll take care of your requests quickly, with the exceptional service and quality of work that you expect from me.

Due to its time-sensitive, priority nature, I am only able to offer this program to 10 clients per year.
